Let it Snow!! Let it Snow!! Let it Snow in Kitsap County

Not that we really have a choice.

I would actually love the snow if we could all curl up with a cup of tea and watch it through our wondows from the comfort of our toasty warm homes.  It's relaxing, almost hypnotic, to sit and watch the beautifully unique flakes fall from the sky.  Everything is crisp and clean looking when the snow is undisturbed. The kids have a wonderful time with their sleds and snowball fights. Even the dogs love it.

My problem with the snow is family members and friends needing to be out driving in the stuff, especially once it freezes to ice.  I know.  I know.  There are parts of the country who get way more snow than we do.  Maybe that's the problem.  We seldom get snow here.  We don't have the opportunity to learn to drive in it & build our confidence,  I am scheduled to work tomorrow and I'm dreading the drive already.  The weather report is claiming our area will be a lot more snow tonight.  The good news is I have the best boss ever.  He is totally understanding and has already let me know it's fine if i can't make it into work tomorrow.

We'll see what happens over night.  I won't mind staying home tomorrow, doing a little housework, while I watch it snow.
